This is so yummy and soooo easy! Thank you for this great recipe!
Not only is this syrup beautiful to look at, it tastes great and is very versatile. I have bottled some up for my Xmas baskets this year and have posted a photo for you. Thx for sharing this Sallyanne.
Excellent recipe! I like that it has all natural ingredients. Will make often. We had a little left over, so we used it as a dip for sliced apple...yum!
I made this to go with Best Ever Waffles and turned out excellent! I can't wait to make apple cinnamon or pumpkin pancakes or waffles to serve this with!
Excellent! What a nice change from maple syrup. I think this would make a great Christmas gift. Thanks so much for posting this recipe.
Great syrup for a fall breakfast with pumpkin pancakes #187362
I was a little skeptical of messing with our homemade maple syrup but I'm so glad I did. This was heavenly and so good over Light and Fluffy Pumpking Pancakes #187362. Thanks!
(EDIT: While whipping this up this weekend, I didn't realize I forgot to add the butter before I served it...no worries- I couldn't tell the difference and it saved a decent amount of fat and calories. Even better!) For the love of all things delicious! I was in the mood for pumpkin pancakes today but sometimes they're a little plain with regular syrup, so I simmered up a batch of this recipe while my pancakes cooked away. Out of this world! This syrup took the pancakes to another realm! I even caught myself dipping my bacon strips into pools of it- I can't wait to make some for gifts this Christmas....thanks for posting!
Oh My Goodness....Fantastic on pumpkin pancakes....Added more cinnamon too....MUST try.....Will try the cornstarch instead of flour just to see the difference next time....
