  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated bread dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lightly spray one Valtrompia Bread Tube and caps with vegetable oil spray.
  3. Unroll bread dough onto 13"x9" cutting board.
  4. Pinch dough slits together.
  5. Brush butter over dough.
  6. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over dough.
  7. Roll up dough starting at short side of rectangle and place in prepared Valtrompia Bread Tube.
  8. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
  9. Cool bread 10 minutes.
  10. Remove loaf, and cool on a non-stick cooling rack before slicing.
