- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 473.18 ml pecan halves
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 9.85 ml ground cinnamon
- 69.00 ml ground nutmeg
- 1.23 ml ground cloves
directions
- Heat oven to 300.
- In medium bowl, stir 1 tablespoons egg white and nuts until nuts are coated and sticky.
- In small bowl, stir remaining ingred. until well mixed. Sprinkle over nuts. Stir until nuts are completely coated. In ungreased 1" deep pan spread nuts in a single layer.
- Bake uncovered about 30 minute or until toasted. Serve slightly warm or cool completely about 1 hour. Store in airtight container at room temp up to 3 weeks.
