What a great yet super-simple idea for a quick biscuit recipe. I used my own biscuit recipe and made these for breakfast, which my kids loved them as is fresh out of the oven but my husband preferred them with a little maple syrup (and I spread a little honey on the top of mine). But I could see adding a little jam or marmalade might work, too. Thanks, Young Chef 2, for such a versatile recipe. Made for Spring 2010 Pick-A-Chef.
