  1. Cinnamon oil is known to help soothe the pain in tired muscles as the famous esthetician Susie Galvez says. And that got me eager to try this recipe. I used hot boiling water to speed up the melting process, but it still was getting on my nerves as it was taking too long}. So, what I did was to allow the water to get really boiling and then for about 5-7 minutes, I stirred the soap mixture [i.e., the grated soap, 1/4 cup distilled water and 1/4 cup powdered milk} that was in a smaller pot, over this pot of boiling water.Thereafter, when I got tired and it was just not melting as soon as it should've, I dipped the smaller pot into the larger pot:) That REALLY SPEEDED up the melting process! Remember to keep stirring the mixture even when it is dipped into the larger pot:) In the larger pot, I used 3 cups of water. I let the soap set for 24 hours before unmolding and using. This is good and I'll make more of these!!!
