Very easy to make! Everyone loved this on Christmas Day! Will definitely make this again.
So Delicious!!! I bought (discounted/day old) caramel rolls from a Great Bakery/Restaurant they are really large rolls. I let them sit for a week and made this recipe, I excluded the raisins & nuts for my kids and husband. I sprinkled extra cinnamon on top and used half brown. sugar & half white sugar for the bread mixture I also used almond extract instead of the vanilla extract for the bread pudding. I kept the pudding sauce exactly the same. This was amazing!.
SCRUMPTIOUS and so, so easy!! I used a mix of both cinnamon and caramel pecan rolls. I noticed a change in density in the areas with the caramel rolls, but it was still delicious. I doubled the raisins and mixed these in (rather than baking on top). I always request my baker to not frost my cinnamon rolls, so he usually gives me a large container of the cream cheese frosting on the side. I did not use the sauce from this recipe, but drizzled with my baker's frosting.....TO DIE FOR!!
