A low cal version of rice =)
- 1⁄2 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon milk, fat-free
- 1⁄2 teaspoon unsweetened applesauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1)Add rice, water, milk, and apple sauce to a small saucepan and boil and stir occasionally on high heat.
- 2)Lower heat, cover tightly and let cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
- 3)Mix sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle on top of rice to serve.
