  1. 1)Add rice, water, milk, and apple sauce to a small saucepan and boil and stir occasionally on high heat.
  2. 2)Lower heat, cover tightly and let cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
  3. 3)Mix sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle on top of rice to serve.
