  1. In a small saucepan, bring rice, water, and milk to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower heat, cover tightly,and cook 15 minutes on low until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over rice to serve.
