very good- It was baked this morning and is half gone already. I followed the recipe exactly and used butter and golden raisins. I think next time I will bake in an 8X8 pan, would seem more like coffee cake then. Very nice flavor and it was enjoyed by all.I did bake for an extra 5 Min.

  1. Combine flour,raisins and pecans in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add sugar,butter and mix until creamed.
  3. Add eggs,baking powder,cinnamon, vanilla and salt and mix until well blended.
  4. Add flour mixture in alternately with the sour cream unto cake mix.
  5. Add cake mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes or until cake is done.
  7. Can drizzle favorite icing.
  8. Enjoy!
