Oh WOW. I've been making quick breads for the last few days so there is something for breakfast (as we're out of cereal etc.) and this one was, by far, the favorite. I used skim milk I mixed with lemon juice and olive oil. I also used half splenda in the loaf but left the filling the same. The only issue I had was that there was too much filling for me. I'd use about 3/4 the amount next time. That said, this was amazing tasting bread and it will be made again here this week!

Very tastey sweet. i made them into muffins. I didnt' use up all the fillings (they were too many). For the bread, i use 3/4 c sugar instead. They were not as moist as i expected (probably bec. of the 1/4c of oil used) but still, these are good bread/muffin becuase they're cinnamoney sweet.

Delicious!!!! This taste like a coffee cake. Very moist with great flavor. I used the dry buttermilk mix in mine. Other than that, I followed the instructions exactly. I will make this alot! Easy, Easy, Easy! Thanks so much!

Great! This was even more than I'd hoped for! It was super quick and easy to put together (and mostly things that I always have on hand). I added the plumped raisins as one other person did, and also finished with a sugar layer for a crunchy top. Fantastic! Looks and tastes much more serious than it is to bake!

Definitely worth remembering to buy buttermilk for! This was a great use of some premium cinnamon I just got from an actual spice store. I'll certainly make it again... often.

Mmmm!My family loved this recipe. It's just the right amount of cinnamon and goes great with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. We have made it twice--the second time I sprinkled raisins that had been soaked in hot water(to plump them up) in each of the cinnamon sugar layers--turned out super!!I also sprinkled some of the cinnamon sugar on top(made the outside sweet, crunchy and a little bit chewy-yum!!) Great recipe--Thanks!!

I like cinnamon, and I like quick breads, so this was very nice for me. Yes it was crusty on the outside...but that's the way I like it. I found I had lots of filling left over, maybe because I baked in 2 small loaf tins. Very nice though. I used 1 cup wholemeal flour and used only 1/2 cup brown sugar in the bread and it still turned out nice.

It wasn't too bad, it was a little crustier then I would have liked, so I will reduce the time next time I bake it and be sure to grease the pan better.. that sugar likes to stick! Otherwise yummy, I sent some over to my neighbor with some cappuccino mix for a gift =)

I thought this turned out a little to crusty on the top. I might lightly cover it with foil next time. It had a good flavor and was very easy to make. Thanks for a great recipe.
