      I made this quick bread exactly as stated and it was a huge hit. It was very easy to put together with ingredients readily available. The outside was crunchy with sugar and cinnamon and the inside was moist. Not too sweet, certainly not too bland. Just the right taste. Loved it!

      This was very good! Crusty on top, soft and moist inside. I cut down the sugar in both the batter and the filling, (reduced it by 2 Tbsp in the batter and by 3-4 Tbsp in the filling), and I used dark brown sugar for the filling instead of white. I also used 1 Tbsp cinnamon in the filling instead of 2 tsp. In addition, I added 1 tsp vanilla extract to the batter. The bread came out great, with an excellent taste and texture.

      Good taste, easy, fast. Eat fast though as it seemed to get stale very quickly. eating it fast shouldn't be too much of a chore for anyone though!
