These go well with any kind of meat or fish.

  1. Peel and slice potatoes.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet.
  4. Place potatoes and onion in skillet.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add cinnamon.
  7. Fry on medium heat, turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
  8. Great served with shirred eggs or fried eggs with crisp bacon.
