I used this sauce for dipping chicken nuggets into. But it does go great with shrimp.
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 dash cinnamon (to taste)
- Combine ingredients in 2 quart saucepan.
- Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
