Easy and healthy snack for the kids lunch box. Grown-ups like it too.


  1. With a sharp knife, remove rind and white pith from oranges. Cut each into 5 or 6 slices and arrange on 4 plates. Whisk together orange juice and lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over the orange.

I've never tried the orange-cinnamon combination and it really works! I used Splenda instead of sugar and this was a really lovely diet-friendly treat on a Spring evening. Thanks for sharing a lovely recipe.
