ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup quick oats
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Microwave oats and milk for 2 minutes or until mixture is cooked to desired consistency.
- Add honey cinnamon and salt.
- Stir and enjoy!

I made this recipe again with the following tweaks and it came out AMAZING as opposed to the original. 1/4 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar, pinch of salt, 1/4 to 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon. Microwaved for 1 1/2 minutes. Added other ingredients plus a scoop of unflavoured protein powder. Absolutely outstanding. Not too sweet and not overwhelmed by too much cinnamon.
