I had a craving for muffins this morning and discovered your recipe. I'm so glad I did because these muffins just hit the spot. Delightful, light and just the right amount of sweetness. I added just a touch more sugar to the mix because I have a sweet tooth. I'm headed back for another right now! Thank you, Charlotte for a wonderful breakfast!

I didn't have any allspice or nutmeg so I used cinnamon instead (being that they are supposed to be cinnamon muffins). Also, I used 1 cup of milk instead of what the recipe called for (because the batter was was way to thick). I also added 1 cap full of cooking oil to lighten up the muffins, since I kept seeing that the recipe was too dense. Turned out absolutely wonderful! My family loves them!
