Delicious as usual Kitten. Tripled the recipe for 6 of us for dinner and should have enough leftovers for breakfast. Used soymilk and a 1:1 simple syrup because I discovered I was out of corn syrup. Worked great, will definitely be making again, maybe with a little more cinnamon next time. Thanks!

We enjoyed these pancakes so much! I found the 1 TBS cinnamon to be just the right amount. The cinnamon darken the pancake enough that my husband asked it they were whole wheat. He enjoyed the unusual flavor the cinnamon provided : ) Loved the addition of the corn syrup which seemed to give the pancakes a smoother consistancy. Thanks for the wonderful breakfast! : )

Kittencal you have a winner on your hands. This recipe was outstanding. The consistency was soft , fluffy and light and it was flavoured just right. It was the 1st time I used corn syrup in a pancake batter but it wouldnt be the last because I will be only making this recipe from now onwards as my main recipe. This recipe is perfect as it. Thank you for sharing.
