A great tofu recipie with both sweet and spiced flavours.
- 1⁄4 cup green grape, halved
- 2 -3 stalks celery, diced
- 5 radishes, chopped
- 1 (150 g) packagesweetened tofu, drained
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine the grapes, celery, and radishes in a bowl; toss well.
- Crumble the tofu and top the salad with it.
- Season with cinnamon.
