Low fat granola with cereal and oats

I've been seeking out a granola recipe like this for what seems like FOREVER! That it's a single serving makes it even more perfect. I used a packet of Quaker Organic instant oatmeal, which is around 1/3 cup; "generic" Special K, regular Fiber One, and Multigrain Cheerios. I also used 1 1/2 T of sugar-free maple syrup instead of honey, and skipped the vanilla. I made it at night and let it sit until morning, when I added milk. I think I prefer my oats cooked, but nevertheless, I'd probably make this again. Thanks!

  1. mix all ingredients together.
  2. heat in microwave for about 2 mins.
  3. allow to cool.
