Questions & Replies

  1. What size pan? I have the same recipe but with ingredient quantities doubled. My recipe calls for a jelly roll pan but doesn't provide dimensions either. I have always used a 10 1/2" x 15 1/2" jelly roll pan but I always feel like it is too small. I'm curious to see if anyone has any suggestions. Regardless of the pan size, this has been a favorite with friends and family for years. It is cinnammonsugary buttery goodness.

I'm a med school student that loves to cook. You might have guessed though that being a college student doesn't give me a whole lot of money to spend on ingredients and such. So instead, whenever I go home, I try to cook something new for parents.
