I baked these instead of frying. Spray both sides of tortilla lightly with pam and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and spray again with pam (very lightly, you don't want to blow all the sugar off!). I used a pizza cutter to cut into wedges. Place wedges on baking sheet and bake in preheated 350 degree for about 10 min until they are crisp. Delish and healthy!

I love these...perfect for leftover stale tortillas. This is a recipe that is used quite often. Thank you.

This is excellent and so easy. I had leftovers and I found them to even be good cold. I stored them in baggie. My daughter has askes for them often.

Heavenly! I love these. Does anyone know if these can be stored to be eaten later? And yes, they do need to be coated straight after frying or the sugar & cinnamon wont stick properly.

Excellent and easy! My only problem was not wathching them close enough, and letting the first batch burn. The texture is completely different than Taco Bell, but the taste is similar. We loved them and will make them again. Thanks!

oh yummy...so easy..so good..cheap..things we have on hand..had my great neice & her friend stop by this afternoon.. 1 cut..1 sprinkled..I cooked.. we gobbled them up very fast...DO sprinkle with your cinnamon sugar mix as soon as you remove from oil we sprinkled heavy.and kinda tossed them about so both sides were nicely covered.. this is a great..I want a snack now type snack..it didn't take me 20 minutes because we cut while the oil was heating ..we used my electric skillet...and as they were cookingI kept moving them about..we were able to cook 1 whole tortilla(cut into strips) at a time.. I won't say how many us 3 girls went through..only that I now have no tortillas left..& that is a shame because as I sit here writting my review I am CRAVING these..thanks winkki..this is a definet do over and over and over

Great snack with ingredients I always have on hand. I keep a salt shaker filled with cinnamon/sugar mixture because I use that on Disney's Crystal Palace Puffed French Toast. I also sprinkled on the cinnamon/sugar immediately. Thanks for a great snack that my whole family enjoyed!

I adapted these for a low carb diet by using low carb tortillas and rolling them in Splenda instead of sugar. They turned out great, DP couldn't stop talking about them and asking when I was going to make them again!
