Delicious! I halved the recipe, and it still made quite a lot! I also ended up having to add a tad bit of milk because I didn't really measure the confectioners sugar and I think I added a bit too much. But the milk softened it up just enough. I made it to use as a spread on pumpkin cream cheese bread, a recipe I also found on this site. I'm taking it to our 4th of july picnic today. Of course I had my husband sample it, and he was sad that he had to wait until the picnic to eat more! :)

I made a carrot cake and this sounded perfect for the frosting, and indeed it was!

I made this recipe using Neufchâtel cheese and it was like a previous reviewer stated, not firm. BUT it did not take away from the delicious taste! I used 5 cups of powdered sugar but everything else was the same. It was PERFECT for my applesauce spice cake! Mmmmm!

I used this to frost some cupcakes today and it turned out pretty good.I only halved the recipe but i used the full tsp. of cinnamon as it wasn't quit enough cinnamon flavor for my likings...So if i make this again I will definately double the cinnamon. THanks!

This was very nice on some mini carrot cake loaves I made. Often I find cream cheese frosting too sweet but the cinnamon took that extra sweet edge away. As an experiment I did two half batches with one using reduced fat cream cheese. Both tasted good but the reduced fat one never thickened properly and was more like a glaze than a frosting. With the full fat it worked great. Made for Holiday Tag.

I made a mini batch of this to use on top of pumpkin pancakes and it was delicious. I will definitely make the full batch again and try it on pumpkin or carrot cake!

Absolutely delicious!!! I set aside a small amount of frosting and used food coloring to color one part orange and one part green to make carrots to decorate the top of the carrot cake. The frosting colored nicely and made a delicious and beautiful cake! Thanks so much for this outstanding recipe!

WOW this is SO yummy! This is amazing with the Pumpkin Spice Bread from Pumpkin Spice Bread. We added a pinch of nutmeg and it spiced it up a bit more. Yum-o! Thanks for sharing.

Lethal stuff! I spread this on a dark chocolate cake and the combination was stellar! The other day for breakfast I had a slice of the cake with a cup of vanilla flavored coffee and I was in heaven. Thanks for a winner!
