Cinnamon Cookies

"I'm not sure where I got this recipe, but these cookies get rave reviews (and recipe requests) when ever I make them. You can make them as directed, but they are also good if you add nuts or chocolate chips or what ever you like in your cookies. I've made them with chocolate chips or just hazelnuts and both were delicious. My children love them, as well. They make the house smell wonderful when ever I bake them!"

  1. I loved these so did my kids but as a preference I kept them in oven longer because I prefer crunchy cookies. Added this to my recipe book for keeps

  2. These cookies are very good. My DD made them with Spenda, plus she added some semi sweet and white chocolate chips to them.

  5. these were yummy, we changed them up a bit to try and make them healthier. we used 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup prune butter and only 1/2 cup sugar. we subbed half the flour with oats. they were really good but i think they needed a little kick.. maybe some ginger or other spice. but they were delicious and pretty healthy! thanks
