CB - this is a very rich tasting dessert for sure! The cola allows the cake to remain very moist. The only thing that was a bit quirky were the marshmallows - they seemed to remain at the top of the cake and left it almost too moist in that area (maybe it was due to the pan I used?). I did make this in a bundt pan instead of the 9x13 and just sprinkled with powdered sugar as I am trying to save a few calories for the family on desserts. I bet that frosting is divine though! Overall the taste GREAT and nicely chocolatey!! Made for Holiday Tag.
