- 473.18 ml all-purpose flour
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 236.59 ml unsweetened applesauce
- 118.29 ml margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 236.59 ml cinnamon baking chips
- 118.29 ml chopped pecans
directions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Add applesauce and eggs.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
- Mix well
- Add cinnamon chips and pecans.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake 18-22 mins.
- Cool 10 mins in pans and remove to wire rack.
