Kids will eat these and actually like them!
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby carrots, cooked and drained
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- In a pan, stir together cornstarch, tomato juice, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
- Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
- Add carrots and heat through, stirring occasionally.
