    These are my absolute favorite cookies. They're really good cinnamon cookies with just a hint of almond flavor, which makes all the more tasty. I got them from "Teens Cook Dessert" and since I made them, my family's been asking for them all the time.

    Directions:

      Place the butter, almonds, and sugar into a large bowl

      Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed or until light and fluffy.

      Add the flour.

      Mix for 2 minutes, or until completely incorporated.

      Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

      Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Place the superfine sugar and cinnamon into a shallow bowl.

      Mix well.

      Scoop or roll the cookies into 3/4-inch balls

      Place them about 1 inch apart n an ungreased baking sheet

      Bake for 20 minutes, or until they just start to brown on the edges.

      Cool for about 5 minutes

      Roll them in cinnamon sugar.

      Cool on parchment or waxed paper.
