This is a tasty recipe for Salmon on the BBQ.

  1. Heat your BBQ up to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the oil and mustard in a bowl and dip the salmon into it covering both sides.
  3. Move salmon to a plate In another bowl combine the sugar, cinnamon, cumin, pepper and salt.

This is a good way to make salmon. The primany taste is Cumin so unless you really love cumin don't use as much. I added garlic and ginger to the Oil and mustard. As my salmon had skin on one side I only treated the top side. There is no reason to turn over the salmon on the grill just cook it about 10-15 min with the top closed.
