    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 400°F Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
    2. 2
      Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
    3. 3
      Melt margarine in a small bowl in microwave.
    4. 4
      Dip the top of each biscuit in the margarine, then in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    5. 5
      Place each biscuit, cinnamon side up, on baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

      This was a super easy breakfast treat this morning. I use spray butter and just coated the whole biscuit and then dipped both sides in the cinnamon/sugar. They had a nice crispy texture when finished. I also think these would be delicious with some maple syrup drizzled over them or maybe apple jelly spread inside after baking. Thanks for the simple breakfast idea. Pam
