Delicious and moist bread. Wonderful served warm and slathered with honey butter or great to use for making French toast. Bake time is according to bread machine.

What was I to do with all that applesauce in the fridge? A week ago I made
apple/mixed berry sauce and found your recipe today to
use up the leftover sauce. I added 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg and I think
next time I might try adding some chopped walnuts. Easy and very delicious with a slather of creamed honey! PS the recipe was increased to
make a 1 1/2 pound loaf. We might test this tomorrow morning as French toast. Thanks!
