This is my (9 yo) daughter, Mimi's recipe for a quick snack!


  1. Peel and core your apples.
  2. Cut into pieces and then slightly mash them, so they are chunky.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Add the sugar and cinnamon and stir.

Very nice! Your DD did good. Made this for DH dessert tonight and he enjoyed that it tasted like a baked apple with out being overly sweet. Made as written using Splenda Brown sugar blend. Thanks so much for the post.
