  1. Combine yogurt, eggs, and apple juice. Mix well.
  2. Slowly add all dry ingredients and mix until well blended.

As is, these waffles have no real cinnamon or apple flavor. When I made them, I added a sliced apple and a tsp or so of cinnamon and I'd say that brought it up to about 3 stars. I like using the yogurt and egg whites for a healthier waffle, but you'd probably need to add TWO sliced apples and a lot more cinnamon to this recipe to actually get the flavor.
