  1. Pare and core apples.
  2. Cook candies in 2 cups of water until dissolved.
  3. Add apples, simmer until tender, turning frequently.
  4. Chill thoroughly in syrup.
  5. Turn to color evenly.
  6. Blend 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise with remaining ingredients.
  7. Drain apples.
  8. Place on salad greens.
  9. Stuff centers and top with additional dressing.
