  1. In food processor, combine almonds and cinnamon until nuts are roughly chopped.
  2. Cut apples into slices. Lay on a flat surface and drizzle with half of the agave nectar. Flip over and repeat.
  3. Press apple slices into almond mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Gently spread each slice of apple with about 1 teaspoon almond butter. Stack slices.
