Love it! Great if you're sick...honey, lemon, cinnamon...what more could you want? I used loose leaf darjeeling. I added some vanilla sugar instead of plain & that was extra tasty! Made for NA/ME Tag 6/13, :)

Very soothing. I made as written, but would leave out the sugar (the honey would be sweet enough for me) and cut the lemon juice in half, or omit, next time, to let the licorice flavor shine more.

This recipe caught my attention cuz I am a tea lover. Anywho, this is delightful!
I used 3 star anise in place of seeds and of course the honey. Sitting here sipping my tea :D cuz I already had the allotted daily coffee. You don't need to be under the weather to enjoy this! Thanks for posting Annacia!

Soothing this is! Inhaling the steam as I enjoy sipping the tea is helping to clear my stuffy, sneezy head. I did use the sugar added honey infused with holy basil and added some crushed cardamom. Thank you Annacia Tagged in FEBRUARY'S SUN and SPICE

I crumbled the cinnamon stick and placed the pieces with the anise seeds in a paper tea bag as well as 2 teaspoon of black tea. I use our honey!
You know I like anise and I liked your tea.
Thanks a lot Annacia for another of your delicious warm teas!

This beautiful honey golden tea is wonderful Annacia. Spicy, sweet and so comforting. It has the perfect ratio of spice, you can taste both the anise seeds and the cinnamon with just a hint of citrus. Thank you for sharing another winner my friend.
