I reserved a book from the library and I am currently going through a sinus infection and I have the worst cough and in the book, it stated that anise seeds help with coughing, colds and the flu so I looked up recipes for tea with anise seed and that's where your recipe came up! First time making tea :) it tastes so good hopefully it will help soothe my throat and maybe help my sinuses. I used a mix then I added the honey and lemon and yummy.

This recipe caught my attention cuz I am a tea lover. Anywho, this is delightful! <br/>I used 3 star anise in place of seeds and of course the honey. Sitting here sipping my tea :D cuz I already had the allotted daily coffee. You don't need to be under the weather to enjoy this! Thanks for posting Annacia!
