Another great vegan recipe from, I really should watch their show (except I'm not vegan) but this bread is delicious anyway...

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour or spray an 8 1/2" x 4 & 1/2" loaf pan.
  3. Soak raisins in apple juice.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, and brown sugar.
  5. Add applesauce, oil, flax slurry, and soymilk. Stir until just combined.
  6. Mix in raisins and juice.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
  9. Remove from pan and let cool.
