- 1 3⁄4 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup baking cocoa
- 1⁄3 cup instant coffee granules
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Store in an airtight container.
- To serve, stir 1/4 cup mix into 3/4 cup boiling water.
