      I am a newlywed without a lot of domestic experience but I received a Kitchen Aid mixer for a wedding present - - so the deal I made with my husband is that if he would cook once a week for us, then I would cook a cake for us once a month. So I've been collecting a ton of cake recipes to try and this was my second one. All I can say is WOW. This cake is AAAMMMMMAAAZZZING. It wasn't difficult at all - - and what makes it is that warm sauce that you pour over top of it. My husband just ate 3 slices of it back-to-back and I'm fighting the urge right now to not go back into the kitchen and cut myself another huge hunk of it. Beware - - it's addictive!

      everyone that had this cake loved it, it is in my keeper book for sure, the only thing I did was to poke holes in the top of the cake with a long skewer and pourded the sauce very slowly over the top

      Thanks to PIC I got the chance to try a fantastic cake! I can still taste it. That is how good it is. I'm surprised no one else has found this sooner. We rated this 12 STARS!!!

      This is a absolutely delicious cake. I used butter instead of oil and followed the rest of the recipe. I also did not use the sauce since we don't like it too sweet. The cake is full of flavor and moist and tender. Keeper recipe. Thanks Gloria for sharing.
