An simple salsa recipe that is NOT for the faint of heart. Made with habanero peppers, this is a very hot salsa. Use less peppers to ease the heat.
- 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 6 -8 habanero peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon liquid smoke
