This is so delicious!! I had a little taste, put it in the fridge to chill, and promptly came here to review it! There's a restaurant called Margaritaville in Newport Beach, CA and they have an awesome tuna dip. I've been looking for something similiar since we moved away and this is definitely it! Finally! It's easy and has all the flavors that I love. I can hardly wait until I can make some margaritas this summer and have this out on our deck. Thank you so very much for sharing this recipe!

I am the lucky to live in the mountains of western North Carolina. I am a married mom of 2 and step-mom of three. I love to garden and can. I've been collecting cookbooks since I was 7!. I still have my first one that I got from my Nonna. Now that I have millions of recipes at my disposal I don't buy many cookbooks anymore. I do love 19th century homemaking books that makes me grateful for the times in which we live.
