Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs chicken breasts (cubed for skewers)
  • 12 cup fresh cilantro (minced)
  • 14 cup natural grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet and spicy Thai sweet chili sauce (Wildtree Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce)


  1. Soak skewers in water. Pre-heat grill to med/high.
  2. Skewer chicken.
  3. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Transfer to platter and brush with Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce.
