Very simple, very tasty, & unique take on fresh avocados

  1. **Use 1 lime per 1 avocado**.
  2. Cut the avocado in half (length-wise) and remove the seed.
  3. Take a fork and stab the avocado a number of times.
  4. Cut your lime in half and squeeze the juice directly onto one half of the avocado. (Half a lime per half of avocado.)
  5. Lightly dust each avocado half with salt, pepper, & garlic.
  6. Fill center with freshly chopped cilantro.
  7. Garnish with jalapeño and thinly sliced lime wedges.
