I use skim milk or FF half and half. I don't use as much milk as she say s to use.--prob just a cup - 1 1/4 cups. I add a little minced red onion (1/2 cup ) and throw in a can of drained, rinsed black beans to make it a meal. I also replace 1 T of the sugar with 1 packet of Sweet and Low.<br/>So perfect!

  1. Combine the shredded cabbage in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, black pepper and cayenne. Add more milk if you like the dressing a little thinner. Pour over the cabbage. Toss to combine.
  2. Just before serving, toss in the cilantro. Slaw can be mixed up to 2 hours before serving.
