I LOVE making rice this way and I'm not even a big fan of cilantro. But it's GREAT here! Really goes great with marinated grilled flank steak!

Warn the kids. Mine were quite displeased with the "sour rice". I love the lime/cilantro combo in anything, but I think I put in too much lime juice. The intoxicating aroma of juicing a lime and chopping cilantro is better than even consuming it.

Mmm - perfection! Just like Chipotle's! I used one pouch of Uncle Ben's instant rice and then mixed in the other stuff. Hubby and I were both wanting more! Thanks for sharing!

Yummy! I made the rice in a rice cooker and added about half of the other ingredients immediately. After rice was done, I added the other half of the lime juice and cilantro. I didn't use any zest. Served with http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/Lime-Chicken-Avocado-Salad-287365

Wow! My family is not big on rice, but really enjoyed this. I made this to go with the Tequila-Lime chicken and both dishes were a real hit.

I made this recipe to copy a well known burrito chain for one of my sons birthdays(today). It is perfect and so much easier to prepare than I thought it would be. Tastes excellent!!!
