      I'm already a quinoa fan. This was fabulous and it's own and I think a great "staple" to have made up in the fridge to eat on it's own or as an addition to fish tacos, or to other latin flavored salads! Thanks sofie!!!! made for Culinary Quest 2014 Int'l Agents of Quest.

      This is such a flavourful and easy recipe! I used toasted quinoa, that I always have on hand. Loved the boost of flavour added by the cilantro and lime.
