I was surprised to find my recipe here. Glad you are enjoying it. http://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/cilantro-lime-pork-roll-ups-with-caramelized-onions/f2219537-78e8-477f-bd0a-df1eea226183/
This got rave reviews at our house. I used pork tenderloin cut into very small cubes and let it marinate for 3 hours. I've never had a burrito before with lime and cilantro, but it is so delicious that I'll never use any other marinade from now on. They tasted much better than burritos we've had in Mexican restaurants and we will be making these again often!
These were excellent. Very easy to make ... and I loved the flavors of the lime and cilantro. I can't wait to make them again. I did not change anything... I used pork tenderloin. Thanks for sharing!
We so enjoyed this, even on the second night. Next time I would do a bit more onion up, or maybe mine were just too small. I used corn tortillas because of the lower GI for hubby, otherwise followed directions as written. Well worth the bit of extra time invested to make it. I'll be making it again for sure. Thanks for sharing!
These were delicious! The flavors of lime and cilantro are a refreshing combination. I prepared the recipe exactly as noted with only one change. I baked the roll-ups for 15 minutes, topped them with shredded cheese and broiled them for two minutes. Very yummy! Thank you for this tasty recipe.
I was looking for something different and this is it. The citrus really makes this dish. I followed the directions as stated. Thanks for sharing.
