Yum ***** five times*****! So far, I've tried this on tacos, tostadas, eggs and a tuna sandwich...Organic cilantro, organic brown mustard, key lime. Made for May-Cilantro highlight in the Spanish/Portuguese forum.
- 1 cup stone ground mustard
- 1⁄3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
