This is so easy to prepare.
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together with a fork.
I made this to use on sliced tomatoes, onions, & cucumbers. I did add one pkt of splenda & a few red pepper flakes. Made for Fall '09 Pick A Chef.
