I loved this recipe!! All of the flavors complimented each other, but did not overpower. Each layer of flavor was pleasing, but they were well balanced. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our meal. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It will definately be made again and again.

I loved the combination of flavors in this! Instead of cayenne, I used a finely minced a jalapeno pepper. I also used bone-in skin on breasts and broiled them during the last few minutes of cooking time. I'm looking forward to doing this again with boneless skinless breasts and grilling them. Thank you for sharing this great recipe.

The flavor of this chicken was very nice but I found the amount of marinade to be a bit scanty and my chicken was a bit dry. I baked it at 350 for the minimum time of 30 minutes, and my chicken breasts were quite thick, so I advise future reviewers to watch them carefully. I think the leftover chicken will taste great converted into chicken salad! Thanks for the recipe Jan :)

I have to tell you that I have never reviewed a recipe but this chicken is wonderful. It tastes like chicken you would get at a Carribean style restaurant. It would be great on the grill too. I've made it several times and have prepared it a day ahead of time. A truly wonderful dish!!

This was very good, tender and juicy. I think it would have been even better if my cilantro was fresher--it was a little wimpy!
