Found this recipe in one of my cruising cookbooks. It's a great garnish for hot chili . . such as my SpiceSea Chili http://www.recipezaar.com/168006
- 236.59 ml sour cream (or La Creama with 1 teaspoon lime juice)
- 59.14 ml chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime
- Squeeze lime into sour cream and mix in cilantro.
- Serve with Chili: http://www.recipezaar.com/168006.
